The online credit application enables you to apply securely and quickly for financing online through Nutrien Ag Solutions and Nutrien Financial. The online credit application allows you to securely upload financial documents and share personal financial information directly with your credit manager, meaning no one else can see your sensitive personal information. 

Status tracking will be available to all customers who submit an online credit application. This ensures that you always know the status of your application, and can be instantly notified once approved with full account details. 

Nutrien Ag Solutions grower customers in the U.S. who are 18 years or older. If a customer under the age of 18 and wants to apply, please contact your local Nutrien Ag Solutions branch for next steps. 

Currently, our arrangement with Scotiabank does not allow for use of an online credit application from Canadian citizens. However, this is a solution we are continuously working toward and is on the horizon.

  1. Click “Sign Up”.
  2. Enter your information, read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and click “Sign Up.”
  3. Check your inbox for validation, and click the link in the email to validate your email address. 
  4. Log in to the Digital Hub. 

After you follow the enrollment steps above, you will be prompted to add your Nutrien Ag Solutions or Nutrien Financial account so you can begin getting the most out of your online Digital Hub! 

You will see a screen asking for your account number and statement token.

You can find each number on your statement by clicking “What’s This?”.

Both numbers are located on your statement. 

  1. Please use a June 2018 statement or after. 
  2. If you do not have a statement, please call your local branch admin to receive your statement token. 

Your statement token is located on the bottom right corner of your statement. It will be a combination of numbers and letters and is case sensitive.

Your account number is located at the top right corner of your statement.

Once you’ve added your account number and statement token, click “Add Account.” Once the account is confirmed, you may add another account to your profile or continue to your Digital Hub profile.

If you selected “Not Now,” you can add an account at any time by selecting the “+ Add an Account” button on your Digital Hub homepage and following the steps above.

Apply (U.S. grower customers):

  1. After completing the steps above (“How do I sign up for a Digital Hub profile?”), access the direct link to the online credit application at and log in using your existing Digital Hub credentials. 
  2. If you have an existing Digital Hub profile or would like to sign up for one, please refer to the instructions listed in 'How do I sign up for a Digital Hub profile?'.

Apply (outside of U.S.):

  1. Please contact your local Nutrien Ag Solutions Branch to obtain a credit application.

Customers are able to apply on web or mobile (desktop, phone or tablet/iPad). Your Nutrien Ag Solutions representative will be able to track application statuses via automated emails and on your Digital Hub dashboard. 

When applying, you’ll have access to the following: 

  • Single sign-on to the online credit application between the Digital Hub and the online credit application (only one login needed). 
  • Securely provide personal information to apply for credit.  
  • Securely upload financial statements during the application process.
  • Digitally sign the application and upload copies of government-issued IDs using eSignature capabilities available through DocuSign.
  • Nutrien Ag Solutions representatives will NOT have access to the credit application itself, the details or your personal information. 
  • You will receive status updates via in-app notifications and emails as your application moves through the process. 
  • Once approved, you will be able to see approval details, have your new accounts linked to the Digital Hub automatically, and be able to instantly take full advantage of new accounts, including ordering products.

If you have a traditional Nutrien Ag Solutions account, but are now requesting a Nutrien Financial Account, then yes you would need to complete an application. 

If you are requesting an increase or a renewal, you should reach out to your branch to determine what paperwork is needed. If a new application is needed, you can complete the online application to process the request.

Some applications will qualify for auto-approval, so you may know you are approved within minutes of submitting the application! 

For other, more complex applications, manual review by the credit team may be required. Given this is the case, you should still expect to receive a decision within just a few business days if all required information is provided in the application.  

Yes. However, decision times may be longer. Because of the ability to validate certain fields and information from within the online credit application, there is less chance that something will need to be corrected in the application. We highly recommended you utilize the new online credit application in lieu of the paper process for the following reasons:

  • Quicker decision/response times. 
  • Less errors and corrections needed. 
  • Ability to complete the application securely without having to visit a branch. 
  • Can securely upload financials and complete the eSignature process.  
  • Access to status throughout the entire application process.
