Request for Deletion of Your Personal Information

In order to exercise your right to delete personal information Nutrien collected from you, please complete the Deletion Request Form below and click Submit:

Through the act of submission, you understand, and agree, that:

a) Nutrien has a duty to authenticate your identity before completing your deletion request and may delay or refuse to process the request if verifiable identification cannot be provided;

b) Nutrien will no longer be able to provide products and services to you without the personal information necessary to complete transaction(s);

c) You'll be removed from any subscriptions or mailing lists, will lose all data and content associated with your account, and will no longer be able to log into or access your account. Any available refunds will no longer be eligible;

d) To the extent necessary based on legitimate purposes to fulfill our corporate obligations, such as those necessary for record-keeping and other legal purposes, certain data may be retained in accordance with Nutrien’s record retention policies; and

e) Nutrien will complete your request within thirty (30) calendar days or provide reason(s) of why your request may not be completed.

Upon receipt of your completed Deletion Request Form, Nutrien’s Privacy Team will contact you within thirty (30) days.
