Request for Access to Your Personal Information
Please note that most of the personal information Nutrien maintains on their customers is already visible, and available for update, in your user profile, which can be accessed by logging in to your Nutrien Account.
In order to exercise your right to access personal information that you believe is not available in your account profile, please complete the Access Request Form and click Submit:
Through the act of submission, you understand, and agree, that:
a) Nutrien has a duty to authenticate your identity before providing any information requested and may delay or refuse to process the subject access request if verifiable identification cannot be provided;
b) to help locate the information sought, I will specify in my access request and to my best knowledge, the likely location of the information; the name of the person who may have created or had access to the information; and any relevant time periods;
c) Nutrien will provide a copy of the requested information or reason(s) of why your request may not be completed; and
d) any further copies requested may incur reasonable fees to cover administrative costs.
Upon receipt of your completed Access Request Form, Nutrien’s Privacy Team will contact you within thirty (30) days.
